For a broader selection, there’s also the Ushiko 3-cut assortment of kalbi, loin and offal, or the Ushiko 5-cut assortment, which adds pork and chicken. Both cost 1,628 yen, giving lunch diners a choice between comparing a few preferred cuts and a more varied platter. To include beef tongue, opt for the 3-cut assortment of tongue, loin and kalbi, priced at 2,728 yen. The Ushiko Special Lunch includes the same 3 cuts plus 2 pieces of beef sushi, making it one of the more extensive lunch sets.

Ushiko is on the 1 floor of Comore Yotsuya in Yotsuya 1-chome. It serves dinner as well as lunch, and has private rooms, making it an option for group meals.
